The hotel offered incredible service. We had stored some of our luggage in their luggage storage area while we took a trip to Batanes where the flights have strict luggage weight requirements. When we returned from our trip and picked up our stored luggage, we forgot to pick up one of our bags. The hotel very generously and kindly arranged for the missing luggage to be sent to Manila on a scheduled client private car transfer to Manila and they successfully coordinated drop off of the luggage at a Manila condo that we had stayed in. This was excellent and generous service that took significant time and effort for the hotel to arrange and for which we are very grateful.

The room was really nice. It was on the fourth floor and had a great view of the pool and planes landing at Clark.

Nice upgrade to a studio upon arrival was welcomed. Comfortable good size room with balcony and located the quieter end of town preferred

Food at the hotel restaurant was average. The location to Clark and the mall was convenient. The hotel offered a shuttle to the mall.

We had a poolside room which was lovely. The restaurant was very nice with lovely friendly staff . My baggage was delayed in Doha so one of the staff at the front desk phoned Qatar airways and arranged delivery for me. I think the girls name was Jem so a big thank you for saving my holiday. Staff were excellent throughout the Hotel.

Room was adequate although expected a separate bedroom unit. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom with warm hot water was excellent! Most importantly, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. Very reasonable price.

Receptionist and tge driver and all the staffs actually are really helpful and hospitable! I really appreciated the way they help me with my things, the very warm welcome and making me feel like I’m at home. I have 8 luggages and they didn’t think twice to carry and and the receptionist look after some of my luggages that I left in frontdesk.
