Room was adequate although expected a separate bedroom unit. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom with warm hot water was excellent! Most importantly, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. Very reasonable price.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. Pool was a bit deep for us so we just stayed there for a few minutes. We haven't tried the food but I'll probably visit them again next time.

Food. Food. Food. Yes, its pricey, but hear me out. Noticeably above British/European standard, head and shoulders above what you could expect in Philippines. German-themed, but with enough other choices to find something for everyone. The staff. Receptionists are polite and competent, waitresses show up immediately (just please don't expect them to pronounce German dish names), in general its one of the very few hotels that things just work as they should. Definitely my go-to hotel in Pampanga. Localization is decent to good, near Korea Town, with less than 10 minutes jeepney ride to city center, and far away from Walking Street.

Everyone from the guard to the staff inside the restaurant is friendly and warm. The 2.8m deep pool is great as you don't often see pools of that depth.

Always great service and great food. Front desk staff amazing. Restaurant staff (Roxy) is the kindest person I have ever met. I got injured on some sharp trike metal and cut my finger open. Roxy cleaned and bandaged my cut with care. You don't see strangers help like that normally. She is amazing.

The location is good. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of options at their restaurant. The food was great and the service was excellent.
